Check out this list of the top 10 portable flops. Its pretty funny to check out, although they have the PSP on there whoever wrote it clearly had no idea what can be done with our babies hahaha. Makes for a cool read and definitely brings back memories of those crappy original portables that started it all. Geez, I completely forgot how retarded the VirtuaBoy was, lol what was nintendo thinking!!?

puts thw whole portable system thing into prespective.
but why o why do alot of people think of the psp as a big flop?
it has potential to be a great sytem, which it is, but i agree about the point of more original content for it.

OMG this is completely a BIASed ranking! lolz The one who put the PSP out there with all those other looser handhelds was BIASed (and maybe dumb enough to not use the PSP to its fullest).:icon_wtf:

just remember one thing.
not all psp users use homebrews and pirated games, like us.
the majority actually buy games, so spending 40-50 bucks on a new game. each time a new game is released is such a hassle.
plus the majority of handheld users prefer the nds over psp, as they have a long history with nintendo.
they go for innovation over gfx, unlike me

yeah it is clearly biased, but pretty funny noney the less. Im surprised the game gear wasnt on there, although in my eyes it was far away from being a flop, was so much better than the game boy thats for sure. NBA Jam was so sick, same with Mortal Kombat, ahhh the good ol' days... lol

I really dont understand why many like the DS I mean the PSP OWNS the DS with its features. The only thing I liked about DS was its touch screen but other than that the handheld SUCKED!

i owned an atari lynx, i thought it was half a good system till a few weeks ago when i got hokld of all the games and the emu, wow them games were suky

i had a game gear, i liked this handheld more than the gameboy, which my brother had.
so many games on it that were actually cool, plus it was a colored hand held.
the flop is probably in the big size and the battery consumption.
but in overall, it was great.
And regarding the DS, it's never for the serious gamer, although there are some games now that are serious, but i speak of the amjority of games.
Ya it's fun to have and play, but u will get bored quickly.
Although I still believe that the ps2 Okami on the DS would have kicked ass, and be by far the best game the system had.
