To protect the president all you have to do is stay realy close to him but not to close. The when dead eye comes you will be right there and not to far behind. Then when you caught up with them the president will have his health in the light green.Then quickly drive in between the president and dead eye and make sure that you stay like that and start blasting at dead eye. Thats how you beat mission number 3
